1. Contact me within 30 days and let me know you'd like to return.
2. Send the flute back in its original, unused condition. Return shipping is at your cost.
3. Once I receive and inspect it, I refund the original payment method within 5 business days.

If your flute arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, I cover the return cost and send a replacement — or a full refund, your call.
