2. Products

All flutes sold through the Store are 3D printed from PLA plastic. Product images and descriptions are as accurate as possible, but minor variations in colour or finish may occur due to the nature of 3D printing.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in euros and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will be fulfilled at the price shown at the time of purchase.

4. Shipping

Orders ship from Finland (EU & international) and from the US (US orders). Delivery times vary by destination. See our Shipping page for full details.

5. Returns & Refunds

You have a 14-day right of return from the date of delivery, in accordance with EU distance selling regulations. See our Return and Refund Policy for full details.

6. Intellectual Property

All flute designs, branding, images, and content on this site are the property of Tele Tunes / Mauri Orvelin. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tele Tunes flutes are musical instruments intended for recreational use. We are not liable for any injury or damage resulting from misuse of the products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

8. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect only the information necessary to process your order and never sell your data to third parties.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes will be resolved under Finnish jurisdiction, without prejudice to your statutory consumer rights in your country of residence.
