Take your time with your flute. Try it. Play it. Live with it for a few weeks. If for any reason you're not happy, send it back within 30 days and I'll refund you in full — no questions, no fine print, no awkward emails.

• The flute must come back unused and in its original condition
• Contact me to start the return — I'll send you the address and instructions
• Return shipping is on you, but the refund covers everything else

Once your flute lands back with me, I refund the original payment method within 5 business days.

If Something Arrives Wrong

Damaged in transit, defective, or just not the flute you ordered? That's my problem, not yours. Send me a photo and I'll ship a replacement straight away — free of charge.

If Your Order Doesn't Arrive

If your tracked parcel hasn't shown up in the expected window, tell me and I'll reship it on me:

• USA & Europe: after 3 weeks
• UK, Canada & rest of world: after 5 weeks
• Australia & Oceania: after 6 weeks
