I ship every order with tracking. Free shipping over €75.
Where I ship from
I ship US orders from inside the United States. All other orders ship from my workshop in Tampere, Finland.

- United Kingdom & Canada — €9.99 (free over €75)
- United States — €4.99 (free over €75)
- Rest of world — €14.99
- Australia / Oceania — €24.99
Free-shipping threshold compares to the order subtotal in EUR (currency converted at checkout for other currencies).
Processing time
I print, tune, and pack each flute personally. Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. If something will take longer I email you so you always know where your flute is.
Delivery time
- Finland: 1–3 business days
- Europe (EU/EEA): 3–7 business days
- United Kingdom & Canada: 5–14 business days
- United States: 3–7 business days (shipped domestically from the US)
- Rest of world / Oceania: 7–21 business days
These are typical times. Customs and local postal services occasionally cause delays I cannot control.
Tracking
Every order ships tracked. You receive the tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves the workshop.
Customs & duties
For orders outside the EU, your country may charge import VAT or duties. These are not included in my shipping fee — the carrier collects them on delivery if your country charges them. US orders ship domestically inside the US, so no customs apply.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your flute does not arrive or arrives damaged, email me at contact@teletunes.shop within 30 days of the ship date. I will track the parcel, file a claim with the carrier, and send you a replacement or refund.
Wrong address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel returns to me because of an incorrect address, I will reach out and reship at the original shipping cost.
