All flutes are handmade to order in Finland. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before shipping.

Shipping Costs

Free worldwide shipping on every order — every flute ships free, anywhere in the world.
Free tracked shipping on orders over €100 — orders €100 and above automatically upgrade to tracked parcel shipping at no extra cost.

Delivery Times

Finland: 1–3 business days
EU: 3–7 business days
Rest of World: 7–21 business days

Returns & Exchanges

If your flute arrives damaged or defective, I will replace it — no questions asked. Just contact me within 14 days of delivery.

Because my instruments are made to order, I do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if something is not right, please reach out and I will do my best to help.
